Default Generic "Pain Aid" Medication?????

I have come across a generic headache/pain relief medicine called PainAid that helps my headaches greatly. It has tylenol/aspirin/caffeine/and salicylamide 152 mg. I was wondering if anyone knows where to find this medication to purchase or perhaps I can make at home by taking separately. I know the acetaminophen and aspirin and of course caffeine, but not salicylamide. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Please help. Thank You!

I work for a neurologist and we routinely recommend EXcedrin migraine for our headache patients. The dr himself takes it for his own migraines. I don't think it has salicylamide in it though. I wonder about Goodie's? I'm pretty sure they are similar to excedrin and might have salicylamide. Just a thought.
