"False", Positive uranalysis

"Not so much a comment but a question, Can a shot administered, cause a positive
urinalysis? I had a shot of;Triamcinilone & a couple of other drugs of which I will find out monday, the 13th but something has triggered this bad result as I do neither of these drugs. The next day I tested
positive for cocaine and pot. Has anybody else had this adverse affect? please

Only if those drugs are in the injection, which they wern't, these UA's are extremely accurate, you will have a hard time proving it, and everybody lies when they get a positive reading, they're use to it. Don't know what to tell you.

no kidding,,,and the Lab techs I talked to, will not say that "Xylocaine, and Triamcinilone, as a steroid will cause a false positive,,,on the record,,,off,,,, they told me that it has happened with different tests, as taking a NyQuil type of cold medicine has caused a false positive for meth-amphetamines. But for someone to come out, and say, or write that, "It Will" cause or "May" cause a false-positive is like pulling eye-teeth!,,, I need some help out there people,,,Please and Thank you!,,,,pappy
