I want to now why when I take ecstasy that when Im 'High' and in a club Im fine, yet when I go to chill at someones house, I cannot follow what is happening conversation wise, this confuses me and leaves me feeling incredibly paranoid, why is this?

I'm gueesing because when you're in a club it's loud and lots going on around you, less converstaion, much more visual stimulation... no real need to concentrate on things.
Most hallucinogens will give people that paranoid feeling. Acid used to make me alienated from anyone who didn't drop it with me. And pcp often gave me and my friends a feeling of doom like the police would be there at any minute, fun times nonetheless .

thanks, i kind of thought it was just me f***ing with my own head, i'll just try to go with the 'flow' next time.... do you have any tips as to how i can cope with it better??, (apart from the obvious of stop doing it!!)

If it's that uncomfortable just stay at the club

Maybe ask your friends if they experience it too... prob best to do this when you are not on E, lol. Cause if you find out that they do too I'm sure you'd feel better about it. I think any hallucinogens will bring confusion and paranoia if you think about it too much. Best thing is just relax and do 'em with good friends that you're comfortable around.

I'll avoid the obvious advice of "don't do that"... I know I never would have listened and I really have no right to preach on such things given my past. I'll just say, use with care.
