Default drug reaction

ive been taking vicoprophen for 4 yrs and xanax for 3+ yrs and now taking 5mg valium also ill take some percocet if i run out of vicoprophen. any way ive taking all these in the past and havent had a reaction to any of them. but for about the last 4 months i break out in a rash in differant places, also in like welts on stomach and inner arm area. sometimes when i take a shower ill break out like poison ivoy on shoulder. i mention it to my dr and he said it sounds like a drug reaction but he said it would be hard to say since im not taking anything new. could this be like a build up of meds in my system

It's really hard to say, you wouldn't think so. It's more common that when drugs build up as you put it, or you get a little bit of toxins to start getting a few pimples. Maybe some ingredient changed in one of your soaps, shampoos, detergents, or something? You might try systematically changing one thing at a time, even the Mfr of your generics and see if that helps. Sometimes allergies develop with age, and are tough to pinpoint.
