Drug Interaction mumbo-jumbo to me

I was checking interactions between all of my husbands medicine, but I don't know what half the sentences in the comparison of meds means. I don't want to put him in danger by not monitoring him closely, as he is on medicaid and the doctors don't seem too worried about him-even though he needs a liver transplant. Is there a page here that can explain everything to me?
