Doctor Flipped Out!!!

Hey everybody, have I got something awesome to tell you. I went to see my Psychiatrist today and as we were talking, I pulled out my printed, updated 'MedNotes' from this website. I kept referring to it several times to look things up or make notes as she stated changes she was making to my medications. I mentioned to her that I'd happened upon this really awesome website called "Drugs.com" and that is how I got this wonderful medication list I was using today. She asked to see it. She went wild over it, clutched it to her chest and said "Can I have this?" so I said "Sure, I gotta go home and update it anyway so I'll be printing out a new one.". She proceeded to pull the website up on her laptop and scanned over it and said a few times how really cool it was and how much she liked it. Before I left her office she said she was gonna get on the website!!! I would put money on it that she'll start using the website alot! Just thought ya'll would like to know that. Thanks for putting a product out there that both the average Joe and the medical professional can get excited about and use at the same time! This site has saved my sanity many times so far.

That GREAT!!!! I wish all doctors would read what they are doing to us. Most of all they need to listen to us .This site has helped me alot.

I'm was put on Subutex for two days then put on the Suboxone which I was sick on and taking 16mg .Well I finally got back on Subutex only 3 days that was all he would give me . Which I had to pull teeth...he kept saying he can't give me them (acts like its a law) which I'd like to know... he also wanted me to just drop my dose in 1/2 prior to getting the Subutex and that if that didn't work I needed to take more ...NOT I refused. I would have been sicker if I just dropped that much .Well that was last Wed. I started the Subutex that night . I'm down to 8mgs from 16mg. also I feel so much better thanks to Robert . Well I'm out and have to go back on Suboxone and feel sick again. The Naloxone makes me sick which doesn't happen to everyone. I'm tring to see him but even though I told them it was an emergency still can't get in till Wed....he's booked today and closed tomorrow. They left him a message over 8hrs ago ....still no call WONDERFULL!!

Most medical professionals that use drugs.com never log on to the forum. There are lots of features to the overall website that drs/nurses/pharmacists can benefit from. Few show up here reading or posting however. God bless.
