Any info on the product Alphacaine as an injectible anesthetic will be appreciated. I'm only finding it as a topical lidocaine based product. I need to know who makes it and if it is available in US and Europe.

Also any info on preference for using lidocaine vs. articaine or otherlocal anesthetic in US or Europe.

Opinions on the most popular dental local anesthetics and why ... will be very welcome.
