Could somebody help me to solve pharmaceutical product problem or suggest me other sources who can help me ?

There is problem in following products.
(1) Amoxicilline and Clavulanate potassium Tablets ( Film coated )
Composition :
a. Amoxycillin Tryhydrate eq.to Amoxicillin 500mg
b. Clavulanate potassium BP eq. to Clavulanic Acid 125mg
(2) Cifixime and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets ( Film coated )
Composition :
a. Cifixime Trihydrate USP eq. to Anhydrous Cifixime 200mg
b. Clavulanate potassium BP eq. to Clavulanic Acid 125mg

Moreover,above Products are packed in Alu-Alu blister Strip.. The problem is that all pockets of Strip ( Each Alu-Alu blister Strip has 10 pockets.) blister gradually from the flat side of strip where matter ( product name, composition .B.no. etc. ) is written on it. After long time pockets get blistered and look like baloon.Finally pockets get tared off itself. If you did make minor puncture in a pocket, all air would release from the pocket and it gets normal position but gets deshaped.
Please try to give me answer ( Including formulation, precaution, history etc. regarding these products) by yourself or other resources.
