Last night I took I tablet of ZYDONE (Hydrocodone) prescribed by my surgeon for a torn rotator cuff. I had a strong drink with it and went to bed. After tossing and turning for an hour I got up and took a benadryl to help me sleep. I spent the rest of the night coughing (small amounts)of blood from my lungs. A while later I woke up shivering uncontrolably. When I finially got back to sleep I woke up completely drenched in sweat. Now I'm feeling pain in my lungs and every so often cough up more blood. Should I be going to the hospital? what happened?
