 Chewable sleep aid I have a friend who is looking for a chewable sleep aid, because she has a very hard time swallowing pills. Can anyone give me the name of something she can get over-the-counter that comes as either a chewable tablet or in liquid form?

Tylenol has a new liquid of Tylenol PM which helps with sleep. You can find it in just about any store that carries Tylenol products.
