I have just begin taking ortho novum and shortly after i take the pill i begin to feel sick on the stomack. I was wondering if I should take these pills with food? Would it be safe to just stop taking them, since I just started?

Upset stomach can be a side effect of most birth control. Taking it with food, even just something small will most likely help.

Yes, you can stop them at any time, even abruptly and the side effects are minimal, you haven't even been on them long enough to get much of a headache from stopping them.
