 Bacteriostatic Water
Hello,
I have been searching for some information concerning Bacteriostatic Water. I have been told that it does not require a prescription and then I have been told that it does. I know the bottle has an Rx on it.
If it does require a prescription, would this be true for all states in the US? Also would that mean that it is illegal to purchase or sell? It is just basically sterile water and rubbing alcohol, right?
If you could supply some information and some links that would explain this I would be grateful.
