Default Arimidex vs Andidepressants

There is a new study out which suggests that using antidepressants with the (breast) cancer drug tomoxifin will thwart the effects of tomoxifin, and breast cancer is reoccurring in some women. I am a breast cancer survivor and am on arimidex which, according to my pharmacist, uses the same trigger as tomoxifin. One of the side effects of the cancer drug arimidex is depression. My PC wants to put me on zoloft. Can anyone out there tell me if antidepressants also thwart the effects of arimidex and, if so, are there any antidepressants that do not thwart the effects of arimidex? Any help would be appreciated!
