Default Altace [5 mg] & Diovan (2x/day) 40 mg

History: My mother is 84 yrs young and diagnosed with congenital heart defect. She had a mitral valve replacement just over 3 years ago with no CABG procedure. She’s been struggling with a persistent nagging cough for over a year. Her vitals are all within normal range.
Medications: 40 mg lipitor, warfarin, L-Thyroxine 5 mg Altace, and 40 mg Diovan (2x/day).
Question: Should she be on Altace and Diovan at the same time?
If not, what questions could I ask her physician or pharmacist?
Thank you.
