10/500 and 10/650

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between a pill strength of 10/500 and 10/650 and what it means?

it means it is a 2 drug combination with 10mg of one drug and 500mg of the other in one tablet.
the difference is that there is a 150mg more of the second drug in the 10/650. most likely a combination of 10mg of hydrocodone and 500 or 650mg of tylenol.(ACETAMINOPHEn)
