I've got a knee injury from 7 years back, and the best relief I've found has come from 50mg ultram. Not 20 minutes after oral ingestion, the limp I usually have is gone, and I can put my leg to full use again. Best of all, I don't get the "loopy" feeling as from other pain meds, so I can function normally in my classes and at work.

It depends on what your definition of favorite is. My favorite pain killer for its pain killing properties would be oxycodone but it makes me sleepy so i quit taking them a long time ago.
However, if youre talking about a favorite because of the way it makes you feel, then I would have to go with hydrocodone/Norco.
Not only does it not make me sleepy, it actually has the opposite effect

You love them? You've got to be kidding me. You found where you need to be then.
