Withdrawal of Effexor to Start a New Drug

WOW! I had no idea that there were any withdrawal symptoms from effexor or any other psychotropic med. I am a space cadet...the doctor did not even warn me!

What have people done? [xx(]

I need any help in making these less instrusive on my life.

A safe withdrawl from Effxor should be 75MG decrease
per week. If you are on say 75 X 4 it will take a
month to withdrawl from it.
