Question Wellbutrin / Chrone's Disease

I've been on Wellbutrin 150 mg extended release tablets for about a month. As far as my bipolar disorder is concerned my symptoms have lessened and I've been feeling better,

However, I've also had two Chrone's disease flare ups (in the last month).

I've know about my (Chrone's) condition for a little over a year and historically I've had a flare up every 3-4 months. I attribute those to my diet and specifice foods that irritated my condition.

My diet has been altered to avoid such food and the last two flare ups I've been unable to identify anything that could have triggered them.

So last night, in the emergency room I considered the fact that the only thing I've changed recently has been being on the Wellbutrin.

I'm aware the extended release tablet does not breakdown in is passed in my stool. Is it possible it is getting caught at constricted ileum (because of scar tissue)? My doctor tells me the diameter is a little over of a 1/16" inch wide.
