Hi usually take a 50mg. about 7oam takes an hour to begin to work has a high spike till about 2:00pm and is usually worn off by 8:00 it is supposed to be even key from 12 to 13 hours but I find after about 7hrs. its effects tapper off. Hope this is helpful to you...
