Is it ok to take 2 vicodins and my effexor in the moring and then about 1-2 vicodins in the afternoon? I'm trying to wean off vicodin so i can get on a new type of pain killer for my back pain. i have quit once before but was retarded enough to start again. Is it ok to start my effexor?
