Can you overdose on 2 vicodin 7.5/750?

OD to the point of death, no. But if you aren't used to taking them, and suddenly pop two, yes, you will show symptoms of overdose such as the shakes, vomiting, lethargy and etc.

If you are taking them on a regular basis, and used to them, then you will not likely experience more than a mild high and perhaps some nausea from the amount of Acetaminophen in it.

Believe it or not, the Acetaminophen is more dangerous than the narcotic in these pills. Acetaminophen can cause very bad problems if you take too much of it.

Thank you for your reply i have been taking these pills for about a year and a half cause of the servere pain i have mostly back pain cause of a crack in my spine unfornalty they can suregly fix it so all the doc can do is make me comfortable. I take 2 at a time cause one just dosent help i know i could go up to the 10/660s but i dont want to get more addicted then i are already am. and i didnt know the the tylonal part was more dangeous. thank you again
