Valium and Temazepam

Hi all I have Genral anxiety Disorder,Panic Disorder Adhd and sleeping problems.
Right now I have Valium for the day which I find works great and keeps my anxiety at bay. At night time I get nightmares and find it verydifficlut to sleep. I have Temazepam for that when I need it. I was wondering if it is in anyway dodgy to have them both on the same day? Thanks,

Of course not!! I am not a doctor but have recieved mental health medication for almost 10 years. I suffer from depression, panic attack disorder and PTSD. I have frequently taken Valium during the day and Restoril at night. I have awful night terrors and have been instructed to take the restoril every night for 2-3 months at a time. I am also a sucessful person and would not be were I am without having to rely on Benzos at different points in my life.
