Default valium from 2001??

Hi, I have valium that has been kept in a dark dry place over the years that I left because my anxiety subsided, but i'm flying overseas tomorrow and the thought is making me very nervous. Is it safe to take still?

and will it be effective? I don't really have time to see my doctor so, i'm kind of stuck, but i'm sure without it i'll die of fright if we hit turbulance over the atlantic haha.

thanks,

c0re

Yes it's safe to take, and if it became stale from age it would just lose some potency, the Army just did a study and found even 15 year old meds still potent and perfectly usable. Capsule go bad the fastest because the gelatin dries out, and some antibiotics shouldn't be used if old, but that's about it.
Have fun!
