Tappering off with tamgesic,Now or Never

thanks god,with the help of fellow friends i stopped heroine 3 weeks before with suboxone .Now i am on 3 tab(2mg) of tamgesic.I want to be clean from tamgesic.Plz guide me how i proceed .What is the right speed to tappering down/is there any supportive medicine.
What soort Withdrawl i will go through.I have no ides of tamgesic as i am just 3 weeks with it.PLZ,Guide me --------.thanks in anticipation.

there is a sticky on the top of this forum featured drugs. i think its called subuxone/subutex therapy. have a read.
it shows how some people recommend getting down and off subs.

basically you taper 25% of your dose at one time. i took 6 months to get where i am now. you should have no problems till the tiny doses. i was on 12mg after a long time on methadone, and now im at .25mg. and eighth of a 2mg.
