About 2 years ago I was put on Paxil and after the 1st 2 weeks of buildup in my system, I experienced a few non-threatening side effects and one effect I did NOT want...unable to climax during sex, drive, good, erection, good - but no 'happily ever after! Everything else was fine. I immediately weened back off the Paxil and have been off of it until now. I have been using Xanax as needed for anxiety issues and depression 'attacks' as needed.

The doctor is writing for Celexa and I was wondering if anyone has made this switch, and had No sexual effects. Meaning, Celexa may not effect me like Paxil did...He also wrote an alternate 'script for Wellbutrin SR...

I want help with my anxiety and depression epsidodes without the sexual side effects...

any thoughts on these meds?
