 soma question can i break a 350 mg in half or are they time release....im scared to take 700 but i cant sleep at all and im still having anxiety

You can break somas in half, but you should consult your doctor before changing your dosage. Somas are muscle relaxers that can be dangerous if you abuse them. They are not usually prescribed for anxiety, or for insomnia. What are your symptoms?
