Default Slightly Perturbed

I was recently (until reading all these posts) on 10mg a night for two days. I have been prescribed 10mg a night plus 1mg Lorazepam for night-terrors and what shrink called repressed abandonment anxiety. Assumedly from being sent to boarding school as a child which was I think an excuse to prescribe me Lexapro. He has diagnosed me with mild depression, however I am really not that depressed and am usually a very affable and contented person with no depression history.
The first two nights I slept like a baby no night terrors, then read these frightening posts and decided to just try the lorazepam which worked the first night but on the second night the terrors came back except they were in slow motion.....i experienced the same things but in a rather blurry and drugged manner.

Now I am back to having night terrors and the lorezapam is not helping at all.

I am also living in Thailand interning for a few months and think the airconditioning is affecting my sleep...its too hot to sleep without it though!

If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the help,

Thanks

It seems that Zoloft is safer to treat depression.
