I was prescribed Paxil last week for anxiety and took one 20mg dose. After that, I was thinking and decided that I didn't want to be on medication, so I haven't taken it since that one dose. Since then, I have been feeling even more anxious than before. I don't feel like myself, I feel very restless and shaky, a different kind of anxiety than I felt before.

My question is: does anyone know if Paxil can cause these side effects after only one dose?

I have been trying to reach the worthless clinic that prescribed me the meds, but haven't been able to reach anyone. Appreciate any answers anyone has.
