Default Sensory Anesthesia caused by Zoloft

Hi I took Sertraline which is generic Zoloft for 4 months and while I was on it my entire genital area become completely numb, I was able to get an erection but it was numb almost no feeling, also my upper thigh area and lower stomach while normally was very sensitive to me was numb as well.

Other areas of my body that were sensitive and tickilish also lost their sensitivity. I've now been off the Zoloft for 4+ months and all of these side effects still remain they have not gotten better at all.

I read a post on here from auntybiotic about similar problems from a person who took Lexapro which is a different SSRI, auntybiotic suggested detoxing the liver and colon etc for 2 months to see if that would solve the problem, im thinking of trying this myself and im wondering if anyone else has had success with this?
