Hi..the doctor has just started me on Robaxin because I didnt like how the Soma made me feel. Does anyone have any info on the Robaxin or experience with it? I sure would apprec. responses. Thank you!

I've had it before and thought it was sort of weak, to me, it seemed about the same as Skelaxin. Have you ever tried Flexeril? It's a pretty good muscle relaxer, the 10mg pills are kind of strong like Soma is, but the 5 works good for me. One thing you might want to consider if you ask your doc about it is, there isn't a generic 5mg pill, so you may have to pay more, I had my doctor write the script for 10's and halved them.
Soma is really the best, but it's best taken at night time, it amazes me the amount of people who go crazy for it, I know people who pick it as their drug of choice.

I was also on Soma and my doc took me off and put me on robaxin. It SUCKS!! My head feels like it will burst! I will be talking to my ortho doc on Monday- He HAS to do something. I can't go on in this pain. I was taking the max of Soma a day- 4 and it just didn't seem to be helping but now I need them back. I was put on Baclofen, zanaflex and now this robaxin- I am allergic to Flexeril. How is the Robaxin working for you?

Hi, I dont really care for the Robaxin myself. To me, it hasnt helped with any of the muscle pain. I think I'll just bite my tongue and tell the doctor I want the Soma's back. How u doing?
