Default Ritalin/Adderall and Red Face

Hello, I'm a 30yr old male who has had ADD all my life and used medication on and off during school years and have recently went back on for work reasons. I also take Zoloft 50mg a day and occasionally Tramadol 50mg for hand pain from a previous work injury. When I took adderall back in the 90's I never had any bad side effects and it worked quite well (as well as Ritalin which I took before the adderall but had stayed on Adderall XR for the ease of dose) but ive developed an annoying problem. A few hours after taking Adderall on random occasions I will get a red blush on my upper cheeks right below my eyes and the bridge of my nose. Its not a rash it doesnt raise up or itch, just feels alittle warm sometimes. I know the first thing to think is allergy but I was never allergic before and its not a rash type redness its more like a blushing. Could this be due to the tramadol or zoloft? Anyone else ever get this type of problem? Thanks for any input.
