Question Restoril & Rozarem

I have a quick question for all of you. I was on Ambien for a year & a half. Started having very severe adverse affects with it (literally started to lose my mind). I was then put on Seroquel, which didn't really help & was still having me have night terrors. Saw a dr today who put me on Restoril & Rozarem. Told me to take both of them at the same time. I need something for severe insomnia. I have hardly slept a decent night in weeks. he wants me to take both to help the Rozarem to get into my system. What are your feelings on this? He put me on 15mg of Restoril & 8mg of Rozarem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tara

Wink Restoril & Rozarem

Wow! First of all, seroquel is not a sedative hyptnotic, it is an anti-psychotic. Although it is up to you, I, personally would probably not use them both. When it comes to sedative hypnotics, more than one is not usually prescribed. Plus, it may cause more daytime drowsiness. Many sleeping pills have the potential to cause daytime drowsiness. Like I said, it is up to you though. I hope things go well for you!
