Default Pill Identify HELP

I need help identifying medicine found in the clean up of my cupboards. I used to travel all the time and sometimes take three different meds and lump them all together. I have no clue which one this is? It's sort of a [u]pink and white speckled</u> pill but very light pink. It's [u]oblong </u>I guess and has [u]500 M50 </u>on one side and [u]MOVA</u> on the other. I'm thinking a anti-inflamatory that I never kept taking due to a reaction but need to make sure. Thanks anyone.
