Default Paxil CR v. Paxil and Hypoglycemia

My doctor had been prescribing Paxil CR 25 for a few months and then came the February recall. I was then given Paxil 40 to take. When I started taking the regular Paxil I started to have side-effects that I did not have with the Paxil CR. With the CR the only side-effect I had was a dry mouth. With the Paxil I had decreased libido and then all of a sudden had hypogycemia that would hit me very quickly in the evenings and at night. I began to have seizures with the hypoglycemia. The only thing that correlates with these changes is the change from Paxil CR to Paxil. Do you think this is possible?

Yes, it could very well be the cause. Paxil CR is a controlled release tablet, made to release the medication slowly into your system over a period of 24hours, regular Paxil releases immediately into your system.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
