This is the most important part of the whole sub process as far as you getting inducted properly and then off the subs in a six-eight week period of time.

Even with shooting dope every four hours it can still be done if you do this part right. It's impossible to say how many hours it will take.
I always tell people don't get in a rush to start the induction too fast. At the same time if you score a 26 in 18 hours I have no problem with that. It's that 26 score that matters, not the number of hours you wait. It just so happens though that I've not seen too many times that 18 hours did it. I've seen it take a good 24 hours up to 48 hours or with heroin.
I had a guy who put himself into precipitated w/d three times here a month or two ago. He kept starting before he was ready, he wouldn't listen. He was a heroin addict and went in precip w/d after 30 hours. Just a few more hours would have done it for him but he wouldn't wait. He has not been back yet to do it again.
