Off Suboxone successfully!!

I wanted to start a new thread in case anyone was looking for this particular subject, I know I was desperatly searching forums , clinics ,rehabs ,drs., clinical trials etc to find anything positive. Do not worry as you are in the right place and it will be OK. My husband and I are off after following Robert's taper plan. If you go to featured drugs it will be the second sticky called Suboxone/Subutex therapy.Follow it exactly like Robert says and people on here will help you--Im sure Robert will help too.Robert and the people on this forum are amazing. Just relax and know that you are making the best decision you could ever make. You will get your life back.My other thread is Robert 325 Screename- Brndout Also an important piece of advise -Please read proper induction very carefully or talk to Robert . Dont just let your Dr. induct you at a high dose-can cause problems later! Good Luck -my thoughts and prayers are with you Linda

congratulations!
a lot of these threads deal with tapering and the hardships of such, but its really good to hear when it succeeds! I think this kind of statement has more encouragement than anything else- im happy you can reclaim your life from this dependency now..WELL DONE!

Congrats to you guys.I also tapered off suboxone using Roberts taper.There are many success stories now.Happy for you guys.Who would have ever thought that a lazy hippie like Robert could be here saving lives by helping people like us. haha.......I wish you both the best !!!!!!!!

Thanks Robert,I see that lots of people have followed your advice successfully..This is the only proven taper I have seen...I put my total trust in someone I had never met...One of my better choices in life...I have said it many times...You da man !!!!!! Stopping suboxone is a breeze compared to tapering off hydo or oxy if done properly.

Didn'nt know he was a lazy hippie-who'd of thought!!! well the lazy hippie helped save our pathetic a**** along with you and many others on this forum. We will be forever grateful and wii give back as much as we can.

I know there are many people who have tapered and we are so happy to be there with them . I have noticed that alot of people are getting down to their final doses lately. Way to go Robert and everyone on the forum -great community -much love and support- could'nt have done it without all of you . Robert and Melinda -you will always have a special place in our hearts for helping us to get our lives back . As Kevin said you guys

All I did was make some suggestions. You guys did this for yourself.

Old hippie ... yes ... lazy ... well that's questionable. lol But regardless of all that I promise this works if we will do it properly. There are too many success stories here to prove it.

Don't buy subs on the street and take stupid amounts with no viable plan, don't take more than you should like too many medical professionals are telling people to do.

If you do the sub induction like we suggest, taper down properly, this is a piece of cake. I've NEVER seen a single person who did this from the induction through the taper like we suggest that wasn't successful with relative ease. God bless.

Hey M.M. I read my post and see how it could be taken wrong. I didnt mean he saved your pathetic ass ,although he may well have. I meant you ,Robert and others on this forum saved mine. Just wanted to clear that up . Is he really a lazy hippie?

Congrads on your taper . I which I had found this site sooner since my doctor did not do my induction correctly...not to mention my dose was to high.

Thank's to Robert he has helped to straighted me out after a bad induction and realized that I couldn't take Suboxone due to the Naloxone in it...which was making me sick . Now I'm on Subutex and tapering and living again

Thanks alot-it is a big relief -subs kind of drug on and on.Your right I dont think I could have done it without Roberts guidance and this forum either. Good luck on your taper-I'm sure it will go well.I didn't start with Robert as well and I was very unstable but he got me straightned out. Linda
