Default off suboxone help

Looking for some information on suboxone, I was on about 10 percocet per day for two years.. About 2 months ago, I wanted to stop, was prescribed 28 suboxone. I followed The suboxone taper program by reducing .25 mg per day. Unfortunately, I stopped tapering when i got to 1mg per day. I figured i could just take 1mg per day till i was out of them. Well last Sunday was the last day, and this week has been pretty bad. mostly heebie jeebies at night, jerky legs.. with hardly any sleep, and slight chills during the day.
Its been a little better the last two nights, I took a 10 mg muscle relaxer at night before help (cyclobenzaprine) it seemed to help.
My question is..How much longer till i feel totally normal

So what dose were you at when you stopped? Give me more info and I can help you. Here is the link for the sub therapy process I've used here for here. Let me know how I can halp you.

I go to church on Sundays if it takes me a little while to get back with you. God bless.

I guess it depends how you're feeling. I personally think that is too high a dose to stop from with comfort. When you jump off too soon it makes the w/d last longer than they should. If you taper down to even .5mg, then do a process of skipping days that I can help you with it's no big deal. But stopping abruptly at 1mg could leave you feeling badly for weeks. I'm serious, you may want to do a day skipping process that I could direct you through that would make this lots easier on you. Let me know if I can help you. God bless.

That's great that you got down to 1mg. It seems that subs are real hard, as Robert said, to jump off at 1mg. I would keep going down, it will relieve the crazy legs feeling , ,it will be a more gradual taper I bet, the side effects won't be so bad.. Good Luck

Get the refill and follow my taper instructions or you'll be so sick you'll be lucky if you don't end up in psych ward. I'm serious get your meds and let me know when you have them. I can help you. Check out this link in the meantime. God bless.
