Hello everyone my name is susan and I would like to say Hi to you all , I have been reading this forum for about three or four hours a day for the last 2 weeks .
FIRST QUESTION IF YOUR A HEROIN USER DOES IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IF YOUR AN IV USER OR A SNORTER ???? Either way will suboxone still work on me ??

2nd) Now maybe its already been done but has their ever been a poll on how long it took different people to reach proper cow sheet score for induction and for which drug.

My doc was xanax for last year and now (last 6 months) I am using heroin daily and every once in a while I will mix with xanax but not much .

has anyone ever reached mild to sever wd in less then 24 hours or has anyone ever taken much longer then 24 hours. please if its not against the rules could you guys give me some examples of how long it took you before you induced successfully !!!!
I must do this or I will lose my job and then for sure my family ..

hey susan, i cant really answer about how long your gonna take, coz i was on methadone, but i know its heaps shorter with heroin.
and as far as i know it doesnt matter how you take the drug, its the fact its in us, wether i drank the methadone or morphine or whacked it up, i still got high.,
im on day 5 of subs, and i feel tons better, all i can say is yeh give it a go
but make really sure you are really hangin out, or you will go into hangs, i did. not good, but the good folks here encouraged me to hang in there and by day 1 and a half, i was feeling better.
gee and i thought i was the newbie, and here i am at day 5 already.
you give it a go girl,
i will keep in touch with ya, my time zone is 12 hours ahead of what it says on this forum i am down in nz. but i will update in the morning.
this place is really great for advice, and i am sure you will get lots of answers.

Subs will work regardless of how you're taking the opiates. Getting to that 26 COWS score is imperative before you begin. If you do this right I can have you on and off the subs in 6-8 weeks.

You can't rush the time for the induction. DON'T allow yourself to go into precipitated w/d. It messes up the whole process. If the induction is done right it makes this a piece of cake if you will follow the suggestions.

yes i have been through the pain and the suffering same as you i say subux is a good way to go it will help you much and you cant take any other opiate with them

yes subs will work and another good thing about them is you cant mix any other opiate with them
