Okay, I have been on suboxone for about 5 months now. I have been reading up on it for some time, and already knew/figured that you can't take benzos while on suboxone. Well I have severe anxiety, agoraphobia, panic attacks, and a little bit of insomnia it is hard for me to sleep with all these racing thoughts. I also see 2 other doctors, a counselour and a holistic doctor. The holistic doctor has given me several different herbel remedies to help with my anxiety, but they have yet to work.
Today I saw my sub doctor and she prescribed (in addition with the subs) ambien, and said to call my holistic doctor and ask him if the remedies can still be taken while taking anxiety medication or not, because she doesn't know much about holistic medicine. So to get to the point, if my sub doctor precribes me an anxiety medication, what are some medications she may consider giving me for my anxiety? If anyone could help me out id appreciate it!! Thanxx
