Do I have to slowly taper my dose of morphine { ms contin 60 mg 4 times a day} and oxycodone 30 mg 3 times a day to switch to subutex or can I start after my last dose of the oxy and ms contin. Also does subutex show up in urine test ? thanx 3 discs

Yes you're going to have to taper,and start w/d before taking subutex/suboxone..And no it wont show up on a urine test,they would have to order a special panel(test) for any of the subs,and if its for a job,probabtion etc...They just do a standard test...
