Lyrica is another one along the lines of Gabapentin, Cymbalta and etc. They do work wonders for some people and do nothing for others. My sciatic nerve is pinched, causing me pain that radiates down into my left hip, but they did nothing for me, I had some brief relief from the Gabapentin, but that was it, nothing else even when we upped the dosage, and I got nothing from Cymbalta.

Lyrica and Gabapentin are great for the people they work for, as you said they don't cause problems with most other meds, and you can up the dosage to a very high amount, without worrying about an OD.

However, as I said, they only work for some people, for those they help, they work wonders, but for those they don't work for, they are a waste of time. Funny how some drugs work that way.

I am glad you are getting such good results though, I know the suffering of chronic pain is so frustrating, so it has to be such a relief to get good results from a med like this that has almost no sife effects or interactions with other meds.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~

I have been on Lyrica for 6 months now and it hasnt done anything.
I used to be on Neurontin and it was alot better.I have to take pain killers so I can sleep.I guess pills are different for everybody but I have nerve damage in both arms.
