 Lexapro to zoloft
I posted this elsewhere but thought it could go here as well:
I am weaning off lexapro and beginning zoloft simultaneously. For 3 days I took 7.5 mg of lexapro and 25 mg of zoloft. Yesterday I increased zoloft to 50 mg. and reduced lexapro to 5. Then after 2 weeks, he said to stop the lexapro.
I am extremely tired and worried about work this week. Any ideas?
PS Today I was okay at work, but last night woke up bathed in sweat. Is this the lex withdrawal or the zoloft? I did not sleep great last night after being exhausted and snoozing all weekend. |
