Default Lexapro withdrawal?

I took lexapro for 3 weeks 10mg, and stopped cold turkey, thought I wasn't going to have withdrawal symptoms, but It's seems mabey I am?
The funny thing is I stopped 3 weeks ago and they are hitting me now?

Here are my symptoms:
I get VERY VERY angry and throw stuff (Which I really never do)
It's like an uncrontrollable rage, I don't feel like I'm going to hurt anyone, or myself, but it's HORRIBLE and I've made more then one mess.

Trouble swallowing food:
Feels like it gets stuck near my adam's apple, and won't go down, Sometimes I hear gurgling in my throat when i drink liquids. This has been ongoing for 3 weeks. Ant-acids don't seem to affect it. And i'm about to go on a liquid based diet with some soups, this is by far the worst part of all of this. And has seriously altered the quality of my life for the worst.

Bouts of extreme itching:
All over the body, allergy pills seem to help this, BUT I've never had severe allergies to the point where i'd break out and itch like that.

more recently : slight nesua, dizziness, my head is in a fog, slight headaches, NO CONCENTRATION or focus. some of this might be due to lack of nutrition.

My nerves are SHOT, how long does this usually last? I mean I only took this drug for 3 weeks...

Some of your symptoms makes me think that the drug was helping you alot before, seeings how badly you're doing without it now. Although, I remember a time I went off of an antideppresant (Effexor) and I had reactions from it 3 weeks after I quit taking it! This happened on two separate occasions so I know that it was the medication.

Why did you stop taking Lexapro by the way?

I stopped taking it because it gave me rashes, and made me feel like a zombie. Before the drug I was having full blown panic attacks, which was subsiding before the doctor prescribed lexapro. Makes me think I could have gotten through without it.

I seem better today then when I wrote this mssg, besides the feeling that I have something in the back of my throat, which is less then it has been. There's no doubt in my mind this drug is to blame for what's going on, before lexapro I enjoyed meals haha.

Hopefully I'm on the mend.
