Default How is Tramadol metabolized? Kidney or Liver

Just wondering how Tramadol is metabolized, whether through the kidney or liver, or both. I don't know much about drug metabolization. I am currently prescribed Tramadol 50MG and take between 100-200MG daily (I understand the recommended dosage is no more than 400MG per day), although I am very cautious about what I put in my body, and even at 200MG a day, I want to make sure what and where it is metabolizing. Also curious about long-term effects of tramadol on the body at the 200MG/day level.
