Default *HELP!* Lexapro and DXM (Dextromethorphan) Safety?

If I've only taken Lexapro today and that's it, would it be alright to take DXM tonight? I've read not to combine SSRI's (Lexapro) with DXM... but since I've only taken it today, would it really do any harm/make me sick?

I don't see any warnings for Dextro with SSRIs, all the info sites have a warning about taking it with MAOIs, but that is a different type of med.

I also used the interaction checker and there is nothing adverse listed from taking these two together.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~

mixing DXM with SSRI's can cause serotonin syndrome. this would be an extremely bad idea.
