I have been taking 450 mg. of Effexor EX for about a year. I ramped up to this dosage with my shrinks approval and at first this drug seemed to have "cured" my GAD and depression. I have been experiencing agressive behaviors, risk taking, memory loss (short term), get " lost " when driving in my own neighborhood (terrifying if you have not experienced), can't sleep and am getting physically ill from persistent generalized anxiety-constant stomach ache, going 6 to 8 times a day, dizziness. Has anyone had these experiences while taking this drug? I understand that some of these symptoms have been associated with withdrawl from Effexor but I have been sufferring from these with increasing severity for the past 3 weeks.
Any help would be appreciated.
