Effoxor - its working amazing for social axiety - but the vivid dreaming!

I have been on Effoxor 150mg daily (in the morning, with food) for the last two months, but my sleep is extremely disturbed. I am having extremely vivid dreaming, every night.

Is there any advice? Diet, excersise, is there anything I can do besides another drug to avoid this extreme vivid dreaming? I feel like I never sleep because I go from awake to vivid dreams immediatily and feel like I never get any true sleep.

I have quit:
-Weed
-Suboxone
-Speed/Meth/Aderall

I still use alchol occasionally to help get to sleep, but I can't seem to avoid these extreme vivid dreams. Does anyone know a way to help?

I am a 30 year old male, (virgin- which pains me to say) so sex isn't an option other than masterbation. I know effoxor is correct for me, due to my extreme social axiety/general axiety disorder, but I feel like I cannot get any real sleep.
