Tired of feeling impatient ,irritable,short fused,aggravated about little things.Any suggestions on which medicine that fits this description would be appreciated

I would suggest therapy first before any drug.Remember that any drug for this type of problem should only be taken for a short time (10 days to 2 weeks).This were therapy comes in!! Better to fix the problem then to bandade it and risk addiction.Have a good weekend.....Dave
