I have been on risperidal for about 3-4 years, and when I started I gained a massive amount of weight, and an increase in the size of my chest. I have just come off it cold turkey because I had a health issue, and I am wondering if its possible that I lose the weight I gained when I started, and if I lose how fast/slow is that process?

Yeah, it should be the same as losing any other wieght, unless they're putting you on another medication that can cause wight gain.
