Question Combining amphetamines with other mood altering substances

Hi all, I'm currently perscribed 20mg extended release amphetamine salts (Generic Adderall XR) for my ADHD. They work well and I have relatively low blood pressure for a college aged guy.

A friend of mine, who, incidentally, also takes the medication for ADHD and has blood pressure on the low end of normal, is concerned about the adverse health effects from combining his amphetamines with other mind and mood altering substances such as:

Halluciogenic mushrooms
LSD
Marijuana
Alcohol

And also

"Parachuting" his crushed amphetamines as opposed to taking them as a pill.

Aerobic exercise and weightlifting on amphetamines.

Specifically he is interested in how all of this will affect his heart, as strain on one's heart seems to be the danger of amphetamines.

Both my friend and I have done research on the internet and have found little conclusive research done on any of the aforementioned situations, I was hoping someone here could provide some feedback.

My friends average heart rate at rest is ~85 bpm.
